What is COGENSY?

COGENSY is a human centric consensus layer. It captures, filters, and promotes ideas based on breadth and quality of support, not raw volume. Every promotion is cryptographically fingerprinted and published, so anyone can verify the record of how a statement rose to consensus—without exposing identities. Institutions and AI systems read a simple consensus + dissent digest via PDF/JSON to inform policy and alignment workflows.

How it works

1) Participate

Participants post ideas or support others. Bot friction and a moderation gateway filter obvious abuse before it hits the feed.

2) Promote

Items promote only when they meet reputation weighted and diversity of support thresholds, with stability checks across snapshots.

3) Fingerprint

Every promotion is hashed; batch Merkle roots are published on a cadence. Anyone can verify a promoted item’s fingerprint.

4) Consume

Institutions receive weekly/final briefs (PDF) and can subscribe to a read only JSON API for dashboards, evaluation, or RLAIF pipelines.

Transparent Rules

Thresholds, decay curves, and moderation outcomes are inspectable; dissent is preserved alongside consensus.
